and your staff for the wonderful catering job you did for us
at this year's Employee Appreciation Day.
Our employees were greatly impressed not only
with the great food, but also with the terrific presentation.
I expecially appreciated the professionalism exhibited by your staff
and have enjoyed working with you over the past few months.

I know we estimated for 750 people, but you came through and were
able to serve another 125 people. That was great planning on your

In June of this year the Warthog Barbeque Pit
catered a retirement party for our company that was attended by
225 people. I found Gary and his staff to be thorough, courteous
and very pleasant to work with. They showed up on time, set up their
equipment quickly and followed through with everthing that we had
decided upon. The food was excellent, pricing was competitive and
portions were more than enough.
We would not hesitate to contact the Warthog Barbeque
Pit again should the opportunity arise.

Dear Mr. Kurashima:
On behalf of the owners of the Southgate Office
Plaza 1, Washington Park and the ABAM Building, I would like to
thank you for an outstanding job by you and your crew. Our Tenant
Appreciation Parties were a huge success this year and I have had
a lot of good feed back. Your attention to detail and ability to
provide above average service to our tenants to show our appreciation
for them was outstanding. Not to mention the fact that we did not
have to do anything but show up because you and your crew handled
everythinhg.

Dear Gary,
I wanted to THANK YOU for the excellent BBQ you
put on for us on the 'Capitol Grounds' in Olympia, Washington. What
a professional team you have. The food was delicious! The presentation
of all the food you prepared for us was very nice...I was worried
taking on this job to begin with. But after talking with you and listening
to how you run your BBQ, I felt better. Talking with other people
you had dealt with made me feel like we picked the right caterer...you
served our approximently 300 people, all of them with smiles on their
faces...The lines went so smooth and fast. Thank you....By the end
of our 'Model 'A' Regional Meet' I think everyone that had gone to
the BBQ had talked to one or all of us on the Steering Committee about
how great the BBQ was.
